Our Quality Management System (QMS) is certified to ISO 90001:2000 standards. 

Our Quality management people are well trained and our Quality Assurance Department is fully staffed on all shifts.

Measuring devices are calibrated at least annually and records of calibration are maintained.  Our calibration service is provided by Sypris Labs, a ISO 9001:2000 certified and accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005.  To learn more about Sypris and review the Scope of Certification please visit Sypris.

Quality Assurance records, raw material samples, molded product samples, data records, first article records are maintained.  Method of storage, retention time, and disposal methods are well defined within the scope of the QMS.

Where applicable SPC data is generated and maintained per customer requirements.  CPK values are evaluated each production run to assure the CPK value is within customers specifications.  Unless otherwise specified A&M targets a CPK value of 1.45.

    Provision for traceability of molded products and raw material is well defined within our QMS, level B documentation "Procedures".
