QUALITY POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our most important operating priority. This operating priority requires a rigorous application of a written Quality Management System (QMS) focused on Customer requirements. 

 

It is our belief that meeting these objectives cannot be accomplished without a QMS such as ISO 9001 – 2008. It is also our belief that complying is not sufficient unless the system is applied and maintained.  The system must also be communicated to all employees within our organization and be under constant review for opportunities to improve the system to enhance and improve customer satisfaction. This is accomplished through employee training and reviews.

 

A&M Engineering Plastics will conduct business in an ethical manner maintaining open and honest communication with our customers and employees.
