Conventional injection molded products.
Insert molded products.
Reel-to-Reel Insert molded products.
Reel-to-Loose piece insert molded products.
Welding of components into assemblies or sub-assemblies.
Broker offshore production of molded products.

  Currently running 80 production hours per week, with capability to increase capacity to meet any production requirement demand by our customers, up to 120  production hours per week.  See "Presses" for Equipment List and configurations.

Obviously tool capacity drives maximum output over a given time frame however, our facility has ample warehouse space that will allow for stocking product under a  KAN-BAN, or JIT agreement to avoid delays in product shipment to our customers. 

Secondary Operations:

Sonic welding, plastic to plastic.
Sonic welding threaded/non-threaded inserts.
Assembly.
Packaging.
